Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated 27 October 2026
In short
- NuWealth decides how the information below is used.
- We collect your sign in email, your wallet address, your deposits, withdrawals and balances, feedback you send, and app usage and error data.
- We do not collect your private key, ID documents, phone number, bank or card details.
- Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the blockchain. Nobody can delete them.
- We do not sell your data and we do not show you ads.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data.
1. Who we are
NuWealth is an early stage decentralized web app built on Hyperliquid. We decide how the information in this policy is used (we are the “controller”). This policy covers nuwealth.ai and the NuWealth web app. It does not cover Hyperliquid, Buoy Finance, Privy, bridges or blockchains, which have their own policies.
2. What we collect and why
| What | Where it comes from | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address, or your Google account email (and name, if Google shares it) | You, through our sign in provider Privy | To sign you in, create your wallet and reply when you contact us |
| Your Privy user ID and wallet address | Created when you sign up | To link your records, show your balances and run your deposits and withdrawals |
| Your deposits, withdrawals and transfers: amounts, networks, times, status, transaction IDs, error messages | The app and public blockchains | To run and show your history, fix failed transfers and work out fees |
| The value of your vault holding over time | Public data from Hyperliquid and Buoy | To draw your charts |
| Your progress through sign up and when you last used the app | The app | To bring you back to the right step |
| Feedback you send on a strategy update, stored with your email, wallet, balance and gains or losses at that time | You, when you send feedback | To read and answer it and improve strategy updates |
| How you use the app: pages viewed, time on a page, actions such as “deposit started”, including deposit, withdrawal and balance amounts and the strategy involved | The app, through PostHog | To see where the app confuses people and fix it. Linked to your Privy user ID and sign in method, never your wallet address. No screen recording and no tracking of what you type. |
| How you use nuwealth.ai: pages viewed, time on a page, which Get started link you click, and the campaign tags in the link that brought you | The website, through PostHog | To see which pages and campaigns bring people to the app. Anonymous: not linked to your account. No screen recording. |
| Error reports and performance data, with wallet addresses removed | Your browser and our servers, through Sentry | To find and fix bugs |
| IP address, browser and device type | Your device | Our servers read your IP address briefly to limit how often each address can call us (rate limiting); it is not saved in our database. Our host keeps it in its request logs. We may also use it to stop deposits from restricted places. |
We do not collect your private key, home address, phone number, ID documents, bank or card details, or your contacts.
3. Stored in your browser
The app uses your browser’s local storage, not advertising cookies, to keep you signed in, remember your place in the app and any deposit in progress, remember up to 5 addresses you recently sent $USDC to, and link analytics to your account ID. The website (nuwealth.ai) uses local storage for an anonymous analytics ID and session storage to carry campaign tags to the app. It may also store your Hyperliquid agent key, unencrypted, which never leaves your browser (see section 4.2 of the Terms). Privy stores its own data to keep your session. Clearing your browser’s site data removes all of this.
4. Legal bases
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: contract (to provide the Services you signed up for); legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse, fixing bugs, improving the app, defending legal claims); legal obligation (sanctions and record keeping); and consent where local law requires it.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run NuWealth, and only what each needs:
| Provider | What they do | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Privy (United States) | Sign in and wallet | Your email or Google sign in, wallet. Privy also acts for itself for some data; see its privacy policy. |
| Sign in, if you choose it | Your sign in | |
| Supabase | Our database | Account, activity and feedback records |
| Vercel | Hosting | IP address and request logs |
| PostHog (United States) | Website and app usage analytics | App usage events, including amounts, linked to your Privy user ID; anonymous website page views |
| Beehiiv (United States) | Newsletter | Your email if you subscribe, and the page or campaign that brought you |
| Sentry | Error tracking | Error reports with wallet addresses removed |
| Alchemy | Reading blockchain balances | Wallet address, IP address |
When you use the app, your browser also connects directly to Hyperliquid, Buoy Finance, Relay, Across, Alchemy, CoinGecko (prices) and WalletConnect. They receive your IP address and, where needed, your wallet address and transaction details, under their own privacy policies.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people from fraud or harm, or with whoever takes over NuWealth (we would tell you first). We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
6. Blockchains are public
Deposits, withdrawals and trades happen on public blockchains, including Hyperliquid, HyperEVM and Arbitrum. Anyone can see wallet addresses, amounts and times, and nobody, including us, can change or delete these records. If someone links your wallet address to you, they can see your activity.
7. International transfers
Most of our providers are in the United States. Your information may be processed there or in other countries outside where you live.
8. AI
Strategy updates in the app are written with help from an AI model, from what the strategy did. Your personal data is not used to write them and is not used to train AI.
9. How long we keep it, and deletion
- Account and activity records: while you use NuWealth, and for a limited time after that for records and disputes.
- Feedback: until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it.
- Analytics and error reports: for as long as those services keep them under our settings.
- Host request logs: for the short period our host keeps them.
- Data on public blockchains: forever. Nobody can delete it.
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or send you a copy of your information. Email support@nuwealth.ai from the address you sign in with. We reply within 30 days.
Deletion. Deletion is done by hand for now. When you ask, we delete the records we hold about you within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal reasons or disputes. Deleting your NuWealth data does not delete your wallet or anything on the blockchain. Withdraw first, and export your key if you want to keep using the wallet. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
Our database is locked so only our server can read it. Wallet addresses are scrambled in our audit logs and removed from error reports. NuWealth never holds your private key. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
11. Children
NuWealth is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will close it.
12. Changes
We will post any update here and tell you in the app before a change in how we use your information applies.
